Tallahassee Restaurant Week

A local association of very enlightened restauranteurs decided it was time to stop bucking the trend and have a dining week of their very own. It’s being billed as Capital Cuisine Restaurant Week and includes some of Tallahassee’s top notch dining establishments.

If you’ve never been part of a restaurant week, it’s a great time to try some very nice restaurants for not a lot of money. It’s also an opportunity for chefs to get creative and put their culinary skills on display, as 101 appears to be doing this year (see link below).

The menus are set (or “prix fixe”) with two to three courses, ranging from $15 to $25 dollars. Drink prices are not included. You can find the menus for all participating restaurants at under the Capital Cuisine tab. This year’s Capital Cuisine runs from April 12 – April 22.
